Our Youth Accounts were created with this philosophy. WestEdge® Youth Accounts are designed for members up to 17 years old. These accounts are set up with low minimum balance requirements for added saving success and offer many saving incentives. Youth Account 1.0 - up to 12 years old
WestEdge makes saving fun! Receive a punch card upon membership and fill it up by making deposits regularly. Every deposit receives one punch. Once filled, as a W 1.0 club member, you will get to select a prize from the treasure chest! Plus, you will also be entered into a monthly drawing to win $5 directly deposited into your savings account. The more deposits you make, the more prizes you can earn!
Youth Account 2.0 - 13 to 17 years old
Paying in more ways than one! Once you have filled out your punch card, as a W 2.0 club member, you will get to select a gift card for local treats! Plus, the more deposits you make, the better chance you have of winning the $10 monthly drawing that will be directly deposited into your savings account. The opportunity to earn FREE money and gift cards makes saving worthwhile!

Youth Certificate Accounts
Certificate Accounts are for specific amounts of money you set away for a set period of time. Over time (during your selected term of the certificate) your money will grow because of the dividends that accrue on the account. This method of saving generally earns better dividend rates compared to regular savings accounts. And unlike regular certificates, you can add money to your certificate at any time to increase your savings!
